  • We first had the steamed buns at the farmer’s market at the Pearl and loved them, so we wanted to go to the restaurant to try more! All the steamed buns are great (especially the smoked pork belly and the bulgogi beef). The cilantro-lime noodle bowl was great as well. Another time we went, they were kind enough to split and serve the noodle soup bowl 3 ways for me and my friends to share. The food is great, and the people are always so nice! I have many good reasons to go back :-)

  • Obviously youre hungry. You just got done at Black Swan, or just got out of the float tank at Transcend, maybe you live at Armadillo Boulders and you just need a break. Try the buns. Try all the buns. Also the espresso brownie. Its sometimes right there by the checkout. My favorite is the Crispy Chicken but honestly what do I know about anything. Can't go wrong here.

  • Ming’s offers a unique blend of flavors and a fun, modern ambiance that makes it a standout spot for fast-casual dining. The menu is a creative fusion of Asian, American, and even some unexpected elements — think jalapeños, French fries, and steak all making surprise appearances. The food is fresh, flavorful, and well-presented — especially impressive for a fast food concept. I wasn’t exactly sure how to categorize the cuisine, but that’s part of the charm: it’s bold, original, and doesn’t stick to one box. Service is minimal, as you order at the counter, but the staff is friendly and welcoming, which adds to the laid-back experience. Whether you’re craving something new or just want a casual spot with great taste, Ming’s is worth checking out. I enjoyed my visit and would definitely come back again.

  • This place is awesome, first the food is spectacular. You’re going to get really unique dishes, well balanced and fresh. The Sloopy fries are amazing, never had anything like that. Teriyaki bowl, crispy chicken was perfect, salty and great glaze with solid sticky rice. Miso soup was fantastic, and we got the Cubano buns, perfect amount of pickle and the steamed bun was fantastic. Also the manager welcomed everyone in as the entered, brought menus out to people who had sat outside as they sat and even brought their golden retriever a bowl of water, that’s great service

  • I have to start with the service. There was a tall young man that may have been the manager. We saw him running around taking care of everybody. Almost scary cuz I could just think about something I needed, like a knife and I looked up and had eye contact with him and he motioned did I need a knife and I said yes. He hit that several times. My friend had suggested this place to our group. I've got to tell you that parking is a little challenging. But I would probably take a paid ride here. Everything we had was delicious. And fresh. And delicious. And fresh. Okay. I said that twice because it's that important. Beautiful presentations. Art on a plate. I have friends that are not into this type of cooking. I have no problem going here with this other group of friends LOL. I can't tell you what I liked best, because I liked it all. And now they have the place next door for coffee and goodies. So if you're into fancy coffees or tea's then that's your place. And of course you can bring that over to your side on the restaurant side. Looking forward to the next visit. Just get there before your friends do so you get a good parking space or ride together LOL.

  • Bao bun heaven, that’s it, that’s the review. Every single bite was loaded with flavor and texture that just works. I had the pork belly and bulgogi buns along with the Cubano, and each one had its own personality. The pork belly was rich and melt-in-your-mouth good, the bulgogi was sweet and savory in all the right ways, and that Cubano… perfection. The wings? Also a win. Crispy, saucy, and everything you want them to be. Ming’s is one of those places that makes you instantly happy the moment you dig in. The food feels thoughtful but fun, and the vibe is laid back in the best way. I’m already plotting my next visit for a sando because if it’s anything like the buns, it’s game over.
